Concert premiere of CULTURAL CONCEPT album
On October 21, the intercultural band of Przemysław Strączek will perform in Zielona Góra as part of the Crossing Jazz Festival, and a day later, on October 22, the band will perform in the concert hall of the State Music School. prof. Premiere concert promoting the latest album by Przemysław Strączek, CULTURAL CONCEPT. The band performs music on the border of jazz, folk music and improvisation. The music of the collective is mainly the compositions of the leader who conducts intercultural projects in accordance with the idea that creative and creative musical activities bring people even from distant corners of the world closer, creating a new quality in culture and art. Cultural Concept is a concept that combines ethnic elements of different countries in the sphere of music based on improvisation, elements of jazz and ethno music, in which each musician has his own space for free expression.
The formation consists of musicians from Poland, Senegal, Taiwan and Colombia. The intercultural formation presents music written on ethnic instruments, which include: Mongolian matoquin, African bark, Asian erhu, Colombian percussion instruments. Musicians playing exotic instruments will appear in the company of Polish jazz instrumentalists.
